This modern home is located on Lake Washington with expansive views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. This project by Stuart Silk Architects was a complete gut of the existing house. With intricate features like a freestanding spiral steel stairway, crescent shaped pool, and an expansive drum-shaped skylight, the project was challenging but exquisite. Floor to ceiling windows on three floors maximize the spectacular views.

Outdoor features include a concrete wall bordering the property, a water feature at the entry crossed by a series of concrete platforms that are cantilevered over the water.
