Lake Washington Residence

We started this project with Peter D. Swindley Architects by putting a third floor addition on this house in 1999 and are still working on this house today. The owner says we will never be finished and always finds new amazingly creative ways to challenge us. Some of the projects we’ve done on this house include an award winning kitchen that has been featured in magazines, sound proof music studio, jet lap pool/hot tub, outdoor entertaining area, roof deck entertaining area, custom built in pizza oven and BBQ, a new dock. Even the motor court is amazing to observe up close. Everything is so well thought out with amazing results. A great house to call home. 8000sq/ft

Suyama Peterson Deguchi Architects has designed a new motor court and new entry/facade, more to come in 2021.
